Tuition Terms and Conditions

Tuition will occur during the Northamptonshire school term, there will be at least 35 weeks of tuition each year. (This means there will be up to 4 weeks each academic year where there will be no tuition.)

• I will give as much notice as possible of any scheduled non-teaching weeks.

• Tuition fees are averaged across the year please note that you will still be charged during the summer holidays as a result.

• KS1 and KS2 are £100 a month (approx £34 a lesson)

• KS3 and 11+ is £120 a month (approx £41 a lesson)

• KS4 (GCSE Maths) is £140 a month (£48 a lesson)

• Tuition is charged monthly in advance with payments due on the 1st of each month, please consider setting this up as a standing order.

• If you’d like to arrange tuition in the school holidays then this can be booked and paid for per session in advance.

• If I need to cancel a lesson (outside of the 4 non-teaching weeks detailed above) then I will try and find a new date for that week that is suitable for both of us. If not I will refund the session in the following month’s invoice.

• If you need to cancel, I’m happy to try and rearrange within that week, if that isn’t possible unfortunately I’ll be unable to refund.

• If you would like to permanently cancel your child’s tuition, please let me know one month in advance if possible, and ensure all outstanding payments are made.
